工作坊簡介

促進轉型正義委員會為平復威權統治時期國家暴力對人民所造成的歷史創傷,除了司法平反之外,同時關注受難者及家屬的心理需求。促進轉型正義委員會於2018年邀集國內相關專業學者、資深實務工作者、政治受難當事人及家屬,試辨政治暴力創傷療癒培訓初階暨進階課程,以開啟相關領域對於政治暴力創傷的専業知情,並藉由政治受難家庭身心需求訪查的實際經驗以求達成本土現象觀察、培訓、模式研發的三重目的。

  

為深化目前既已累積的經驗反思,本次將舉辦為期兩天的國際研討工作坊,邀請在政治暴力創傷領域深耕多年的國外學者専家來臺,提供轉型正義心理療癒國外架構參考,並邀請國內相關領城專家共同與會,促成多國交流與對話,提供未來政治暴力創傷療癒政策規劃參考。

  

大會簡介

促進轉型正義委員會重建社會信任組業務內容:

  1. 政治暴力創傷療癒:訪查政治暴力受難者與家屬之身心需求,培訓專業助人工作者,推動本土政治暴力創傷療癒網絡建置。
  2. 推動轉型正義教育與相關文化事務:為增進不同世代對於轉型正義之民主、人權、法治等核心價值的認識,進行校園教育與大眾公民教育之研究、規劃及推動。
  3. 促進對話、重建信任:致力推動多元形式之溝通平台,促使國民以開放態度理解多元歷史經驗,提升面對歷史真相之同理與能力。 
  4. 不當黨產規劃:參考國際相關經驗、邀請公民團體對話,以研擬合法、合理之運用措施。 
  1. Heal trauma created by past political violence: Survey physical and psychological needs of victims and their family members; provide training for professional helpers in the field of care for political trauma victims; initiate a holistic and cross-disciplinary network for political trauma recovery services in Taiwan.
  2. Promote transitional justice education and related cultural outreach programs: Take inventory of existing educational resource on transitional justice; plan and promote transitional justice education for school children and adults; enhance different generations’ understandings of core values pertaining to transitional justice, such as democracy, human rights, rule of law, etc.
  3. Facilitate dialogue and rebuild trust: Foster multiple dialogue platforms; encourage open-mindedness among people concerning diversity of historical experience; raise people’s ability to face historical truth and empathize with others.
  4. Design a plan for dealing with ill-gotten party assets: Take lessons from relevant experiences in other countries; invite citizen groups to express their opinions; formulate regulations governing disposal of ill-gotten property, operating under principles of legality and legitimacy.
